This new intermediate school in the Deforest Area School District of Wisconsin will serve grades 4-6. It is currently under construction, slated to open in the fall of 2021.

I worked on this project for several months from design development through the end of the CD phase. During that time I focused on the following:

​

• masonry dimensioning and wall adjustments for improved constructability

• clash assessment and coordination with MEP consultants

• interior renderings for design decisions

• construction documents focusing on ​

  • enlarged restroom plans and elevations

  • gym equipment and striping plan​

  • music room casework counts, locations, coordination

  • interior detailing at control joints, material changes, architectural design elements, etc.

• team coordination across multiple offices
