Dish Wireless

Littleton, CO

With the decision to build a new wireless network from scratch, Dish Wireless was in need of renovating their existing office space to house over 1,500 workers and provide offices, conference and training rooms, labs, a data center, tech support areas and an outdoor plaza with amenities. We worked to connect indoor spaces to the generous outdoor plaza on the south of the site adjacent to the Platte River and brought in more daylight to the existing building.

I worked on this project from the conceptual / proposal stage through the CD phase. During that time I focused on the following:

  • creating and running a VR client presentation

  • renders for internal design guidance and client decision making

  • consultant coordination and envelope detailing for re-roofing phase

  • field verification with 360 camera

  • BIM / Revit model management and coordination with consultants

  • sustainability research into used poly-iso applications for re-roofing phase

  • Spec outlining and coordination with BSD SpecLink

  • RFI and submittal management with Newforma
